When we write Descriptive text, we always mention nouns and adjectives. We also need noun phrases in it. (Ketika kita menulis teks diskriptif, kita selalu menyebut noun (kata benda) dan adjective (kata sifat). Kita juga butuh noun phrase (kumpulan kata benda). )

Pengertian dan Fungsi Noun

Noun is a part of speech that names a person, thing, animal, place and (idea, action, quality). (adalah suatu kata yang digunakan untuk menamai orang, benda, hewan, tempat, dan konsep abstrak

Pengertian dan Fungsi Adjective

Adjective is a word that describes a noun.  When we combine an adjective and a noun, it forms a noun phrase. (Kata sifat adalah kata yang menggambarkan kata benda. Ketika kita menggabungkan kata sifat dan kata benda, itu membentuk frase kata benda)

A noun phrase is a noun that goes with a modifier. An adjective that describes a noun is called modifier. ( kata sifat yang menggambarkan kata benda disebut modifier.)

Beautiful  + Island  >>> beautiful island     >>>Noun Phrase

               Noun Phrase:

            - A beautiful wide Island ( Sebuah pulau luas cantik)

            - The three beautiful small old round gold pates ( Tiga piring emas bundar tua kecil 

              cantik )

            - Many attractive places  (banyak tempat-tempat menarik)

Group these words into suitable column. Then combine them into noun phrase. After that make the sentences.( Kelompokkan kata2 ini menjadi Noun Phrase. Kemudian gabungkan dan buatlah sebuah kalimat.)

  Describing  Tourist Attraction

We are going to describe about tourist  attraction, such as, Natioanal parks and historical park.

1.     National Parks

National park is a park in use for conservation purposes. It is a reserve of natural, semi-natural, or developed land that sovereign state declares or owns.

2.     Historical Park

A historice site or heritage site is an official location where piece of political, military, cultural, or social history have been preserved due to their cultural heritage value.
